The coaches use different pacers and feedback to guide you to your optimal relaxation breathing rate. The breathing rate is driven by your personal heart rate readings obtained by the fingertip sensor giving you personalized training.
Your goal is to reach the green zone on the stress/calm bar located on the bottom of your screen.
You can toggle between synchronized breathing tones or relaxing music. The music volume will increase as you achieve relaxation.
RELAX

MONITOR
The Calm/Stress Meter will measure your level of stress and display today’s and past readings.
Taking readings when you are stressed and when you are calm will help you recognize how stress affects your body. Compare your levels before and after you practice breathing at your Personal Best Relaxation Breathing Rate.
